The clinician just really seemed to know their stuff.

I went to minuteclinic and ended up needing a referral after my visit. i was bracing myself for it to be a whole thing, because I’ve had medical paperwork get dragged out before and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want that handled quickly when you’re already trying to take care of something health-related.

The staff walked me through what needed to happen and got the information sent over to the specialist fast. I also got a follow-up call once it was taken care of, which made me feel like I wasn’t just left guessing. Super simple overall and way less stressful than I expected. 5 stars from me

I did appreciate that the prices were shown before I booked, so I wasn’t going in totally blind. The visit ended up costing about what I expected, which was a relief. Parking was easy, and the clinic area wasn’t hard to find once I got inside. It was also convenient that I could pick up a few things after my visit instead of making another stop somewhere else.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because I still waited a little past my appointment time, but overall the location and convenience worked really well for me. After trying it, I’d definitely consider going back for something simple.
